This shipping and order fulfillment policy applies to all purchases made through www.nuexlo.co.za. We strive to provide a clear and transparent process for shipping your orders.
1. Processing Time
After placing your order, we verify your information and payment. The standard processing time for orders is 1 to 5 business days. In exceptional cases, such as fraud prevention or payment verification, order processing may take longer. We do our best to minimize any delays and will notify you in a timely manner if this applies.
2. Shipping Costs and Delivery Times
We apply flat-rate shipping fees for all our products, regardless of order size or weight.
Example for South Africa: We offer free shipping for orders within South Africa, with an estimated delivery time of 6 to 9 business days after order processing.
For international shipments, shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on the destination. Exact costs and delivery times for your specific location will be clearly displayed during checkout.
We work with reputable carriers to ensure reliable delivery, including partners such as DHL, FedEx, and local postal services.
3. Lost or Undelivered Packages
Once a package is marked as “delivered” by the carrier, the buyer assumes responsibility for the package. Nuexlo is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been marked as successfully delivered by the carrier.
It is crucial that you provide accurate and complete address information when placing your order. Incorrect or incomplete address information may result in delays or lost packages, and we cannot be held responsible.
4. Incorrect Address Information
Unfortunately, orders cannot be modified once placed due to our automated order fulfillment process.
If a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the buyer, and the package is returned to us, any additional shipping costs for resending the order will be the responsibility of the buyer. We therefore recommend carefully reviewing your address details before completing your order.
5. Shipping Location and Customs
Our products are shipped directly from our suppliers. This fulfillment model allows us to save on storage and packaging costs, enabling us to offer competitive prices.
The main warehouse from which most of our products are shipped is located in Asia.
Important note regarding customs costs: If your order is subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees in the destination country, these costs are entirely the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend checking your country’s import regulations before placing an order.
6. Tracking Information
Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking code via email. You can use this code to track your package online.
Please note that it may take 3 to 5 business days for tracking information to become active and visible in the carrier’s system. The information will appear within this period.
